Rates are listed in USD, and are for room only. Details of inclusions and any applicable taxes and service charges are listed accordingly under the taxes and additional charges menu item.

Accommodation Cancellations and Changes

Please direct any accommodation changes or cancellations to the hotel directly. Cancellation policies are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy and terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making a booking.

    Student Rate: US $159/night
    Attendee Rate: US $179/night

    Please note that student rooms can accommodate up to 4 people (2 queen beds) and all other rooms are single or double occupancy.

    This rate is available exclusively for government employee bookings. Guests who book under the government rate must present valid government identification at check-in. If valid ID cannot be provided, the standard attendee rate will apply.

    This rate is available exclusively for student bookings. Guests who book under the student rate must present valid student identification at check-in. If valid ID cannot be provided, the standard attendee rate will apply.

  • All rooms are subject to 9.1% sales tax, 3.3% hotel occupancy tax and TPA charge of US $5/night.

  • All bookings must be made by April 13, 2026. After this date, the hotel cannot guarantee the group rate as this is subject to the hotel’s availability.

  • Check-in time: 4:00pm
    Check-out time: 11:00am
    If you need early check-in or late check-out, this is subject to the hotels availability and should be requested at the time of booking.

    Parking is available onsite at the hotel. Overnight self-parking is US $28/night and event parking is US $15 for single-day use.

    The hotel is undergoing a renovation, with the full renovation expected to be completed by July 2026. All construction will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm, so noise will be limited and shouldn’t impact your stay.
