PRESENTATION UPLOAD INFORMATION
The projectors in the presentation rooms are 16:9 aspect ratio. Presentations formatted to a 4:3 aspect ratio will fit on the screens but will have a pillarbox effect leaving blank margins on the left and right sides.
- Go to https://conference.usu.edu/system/login.cfm?eid=3427652
- Sign in with the same credentials you used to submit your presentation.
- Under the Speaker Tasks section, locate the presentation you wish to upload your presentation file for and click the "Upload Powerpoint Presentation" link.
- After reading the instructions on that page, upload your file either through the upload tool or through https://bft.usu.edu for large presentation files.
If you are sending your presentation through https://bft.usu.edu, for step 2 please include the title of the presentation along with the name of the primary presenter. For step 5, enter michael.burton@usu.edu as the recipient email address. The will upload once you click the "Submit Email" button.
